Travel

Compared to most of the people I know, I am not a well traveled person. But that is about to change, because yesterday was the first day of my study abroad trip with my painting class. There are 8 of us total, three are strategic communications and the rest of us are art majors.

Internationally, the farthest that I have ever been in the England, but with this latest trip I am in going to be in Panama and Nicaugua for about three weeks. All I’m going to be doing there is painting and taking pictures. I can’t wait and plan to take in as much as I possibly can. Most of my paintings are going to be watercolor and acrylic, and while I am confident in my acylic painting skills, watercolors are a completely different story. I’ve worked with them before, it’s just that I haven’t worked with them a lot. I have a feeling that by the end of this trip, my confidence in my watercolor skills will grow.
